The rooms were lovely, complete with an in-room record player, though the high windows limited the view. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready at the promised time of 3 PM on arrival.

The dining experience provided good food in great surroundings, but with some delays in service and limited breakfast options. Overall, a comfortable and friendly hotel with a superb location for exploring Toronto.
My stay at the hotel on Broadview and Queen St E was hip and comfortable, providing a really cool experience overall. The rooms were quite swanky, but there were occasional issues with lingering cigarette odors. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond, even leaving chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter's birthday.
